I don’t see an address on your website. Is there somewhere I can shop in person?
Yes! We have a few locations you can shop at in DFW. You can shop at The Market at Ridglea, located at 3400 Bernie Anderson Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76116. The Market is open Monday-Saturday from 10am-6pm and Sunday from 12-6pm. We are also located at The Junktion, located at 125 N Elm St, Weatherford, TX 76086. The Junktion is open Monday-Saturday from 9:30am-5:30pm.
Additionally, you can find us in both Sunflower Shoppe locations (Fort Worth and Colleyville). The Sunflower Shoppe is just a skip and a hop away from The Market at Ridglea, located at 5817 Curzon Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76107. The Colleyville location is located at 5100 TX-121, Colleyville, TX 76034. Their hours of operation are Monday-Saturday 9am-9pm. Lastly, you can shop online and pickup in 76133. We will send you all pickup instructions as soon as your order is ready for pickup :)
Do you offer shipping?
Yes! We ship anywhere in the US excluding Hawaii and Alaska. If you would like a non plant item shipped to Hawaii or Alaska, please use our contact form so we can make a custom listing for you. We use FedEx/UPS for all LIVE items. FedEx/UPS typically takes 1-3 business days (sometimes 4-5 depending on your region). If you are ordering only plant gear items (anything non-living like planters, t-shirts, plant animals, etc.) we will use USPS/FedEx/UPS. We do not use USPS for living items due to shipping delays that are out of our control. We have had great delivery times with FedEx/UPS.
Do you offer free local pickup if I do not want my item shipped?
Yes! We offer free CONTACTLESS pickup in Southwest Fort Worth 76133 for anyone in the DFW area that would like to pickup their order rather than ship. Simply select the local pickup option at checkout and you will not be charged for shipping.
I placed an order for DFW local pickup. Now what?
We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready with pickup information. If you leave us your phone number at checkout, we will send you a text message instead.
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Orders can be take anywhere from 1-7 business days depending on how busy we are. Typically speaking, orders are ready for pickup and to be shipped within 1-3 business days. Expect longer wait times during the holiday season.
What is your return/refund policy?
We do not accept returns. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us ASAP. If something arrives damaged (i.e. a broken planter or a dead plant), contact us and we will replace it or refund you (depending on availability). Please be aware that we do not give refunds for plants that are slightly imperfect due to shipping.
I need to cancel an order. What do I do?
We accept order cancellations on a case to case basis. Please send us a request within 30mins of placing your order and we will do our best to make things right.
Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely! Please use our contact form if you have some special in mind that you would like us to make for you.
When do you add new houseplants to the site?
We add new houseplants every week! We typically upload our new items to the site on Mondays and Tuesdays at 2pm CT. Follow us on instagram (@stayinalivesucculents) for greenhouse reveals to get an idea of what’s coming to the site the day of uploads! We always share our entire greenhouse haul to our stories so be sure to follow and watch! :)
